With two sold out classes behind him Chef Christian is back to continue the journey exploring Norwegian food and sharing his passion for it!
Delving deeper into Scandinavian cooking we will go through cooking super fresh seafood including scallops with mussels with an exquisite aquavit fricasse, salmon with asparagus and for the turf we learn more about venison with a lingonberry jam and mash potato.
Then for dessert we will have Norwegian chocolate Melkesjokolade Mousse and Fattigmann (Poor Man Cookies) – super light to go with your divine chocolate dessert!
