Now this is a first for the Jericho Kitchen and I am personally very excited about this! After 2 years of trying to search out someone to teach Scandinavian cooking – I finally found Christian! Half English Half Norwegian and a personal chef in his own right you are in good hands!
We will travel through the Scandinavian peninsula through Sweden and Norway picking up plenty of tips about their cuisine along the way. Our menu will include Aquavit cured salmon gravlax, baked sea trout with dill sauce, beetroot and parsnip rosti, Swedish meatballs and Lingonberry jam and finally master of the art of a Norwegian Bløtkake and not only that but a tasting of Norwegian Melkesjokolade – as I say come hungry!!
