A warm welcome back to Ghalid after his last sell out class. Who can resist the sights and smells of the Medina? This class will warm you up a chilly winter’s day with all these earthy and delicious dishes! Learn all about the subtle blends of spices and authentic techniques that are used to create so many sweet and savoury dishes from Morocco.

We, or should we say you! will be creating –

  • Zaalook (smoked aubergine puree with tomato sauce)
  • Moroccan glazed carrot with cumin and white wine vinegar
  • Roast beetroot served with walnut and yoghurt sauce
  • Spiced fish balls with saffron and tomato sauce
  • Baked quince with mixed spices flavoured yoghurt and Fequas (Moroccan style biscotti)
