In the class you will learn the principles of creating plant-based and naturally gluten free meals from scratch.  We will make a selection of healthy, seasonal dishes, which are all naturally gluten free.   For this class we will be creating the following seasonal menu:

  • White bean, coconut and roasted pepper stew (Niki’s most popular recipes with her fans!)
  • Spinach crepes with mushrooms,  basil pesto and tahini dressing
  • Quick flatbread
  • Flourless chocolate, almond and chestnut brownie cake
