A very warm welcome to Niki Webster and her second class with the Jericho Kitchen, hopefully for the first of many classes. In Niki’s own words ““My food is unashamedly for foodies. In the class you will learn the principles of creating plant-based and naturally gluten free meals from scratch. We will make a selection of healthy, seasonal dishes, which are all naturally gluten free – A three course meal (and more!) bursting with flavour which we get to eat at the end.
