We are very pleased to be working with Alliance Française d’Oxford to bring you our first Patisserie class – in French!!
Ghalid Assyb returns to us to teach his first love – Patisserie. Trained in Paris and London he regularly teaches at the Richard Bertinet Cookery School in Bath.
In this class we will learning the basics of making, piping and glazing choux pastry to make those little balls of deliciousness – éclairs. We will then make 3 different fillings – chocolate, vanilla and coffee.
Other petit fours that we will mastering the art of include:
- Pistachio rose cake
- Seasonal fruit tart such as quince or apple
- Mini pot a la creama
