In this class you will be making the following dishes:
- Olivas rellenas – Deep fried manchego stuffed gordal olives
- Broqueta de gamba y chorizo – Prawn and chorizo skewers
- Buñuelos de bacalao – Salt cod fritters
- Mandonguilles amb fesols i romesco – Meatballs, haricot beans and romesco sauce
- Tarta de membrillo – Quince cake
