We are pleased to announce our third Chef’s Table event at Branca Restaurant in Walton Street, Oxford which we will be holding every Thursday in January and hopefully beyond!
This is not a cookery lesson – instead it is your chance to dine and experience the new individual spaces in the extended Branca restaurant with our chefs cooking for you!

Chris & Venus started out having their own market food stall from 2013-2016 and then starting teaching Thai, Filipino and some Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean courses in Newbury and now at the Jericho Kitchen.
“We never thought our love for Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine would grow into teaching and sharing what we do with others. We are very lucky to be presented this opportunity to showcase some lesser-known dishes from Thailand and the Philippines. It will be bold and spicy with complimenting flavours! We want you to taste the true spirit of these dishes.
As in Thai and Filipino culture, our “Hello” is “Have you eaten?” We cannot wait to feed you!”

Beef Salpicao – Beef with Garlic and Soy Sauce
Ginataan – Coconut milk dessert with sweet potato, jackfruit & pandan rice dumplings
There will be 3 sittings – 7pm, 8pm and 9pm – please indicate when booking which time you would like to book for. There will be a maximum of 15 (approximately) in each sitting.
