When you ask for a specific course then we try and oblige!!!  You wanted Georgian so here it is – A traditional Georgian feast is known as a Supra and is normally laden with dishes and continues for many hours!!!! Lots of strong flavours – delicious.   Learn how to make the following dishes:

  • Tkemali – Plum Sauce
  • Ispanakhis Pkhali – Spinach pate
  • Mtsvane Lobios Selata – Green Bean and Red Pepper Salad
  • Akhali Kartophili – New Potatoes with Chilli and Herbs
  • Shemzvari Sulguni – Fried Halloumi with Fresh Herbs
  • Ajabsandali – Aubergine Stew
  • Dolma – Stuffed Cabbage Parcels
  • Khinkali – mushroom stuffed dumplings
  • Imeruli Khachapuri – Cheese bread
